Orders and Delivery

All orders placed through Trade Stick are processed within [1–3 business days], unless otherwise specified.

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

We ship via Royal Mail to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure all shipping information is accurate — we are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect information.

Delivery Proof

A photo or scan of the shipping receipt, tracking number, or physical proof of postage will be provided to the customer once the item has been dispatched.

This proof serves as confirmation that your order was sent and can be used for tracking or dispute resolution if needed.

 

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary based on location and shipping method. Domestic orders typically arrive within [2–3 business days], while international orders may take [7–21 business days].

Delivery times are estimates only. Trade Stick is not liable for delays caused by postal services, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

 

We may request the proof of damage and/or conduct an investigation with the shipping carrier before resolving the issue.
